Tornados and Fall

Picture

Midwestern Fall

Broiling by sunrise;
by afternoon, there is snow.
The weather of home.

Sydney Clark is currently a junior at Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri. She works at her local YMCA’s Skating Rink if she is not studying for one of her double majors – Creative Writing and Music Performance. A Young Adult reader and writer, she has just begun putting her work out into the writing world. She has had short stories published in “Paragraph Planet”, “A Story in 100 Words”, and the latest edition of “Backyard Earth”. Though she is new to it, she has had poetry published in “5-7-5 Haiku Journal” and “Academy of the Heart and Mind”. Sydney is excited to have started putting her work out there.
